- Another all-time favorite. If you don't know Derek Sivers, check it out. I took numerous notes when listening to this episode. Derek shared how an awesome teacher helped him graduate from the Berklee School of Music in two years, how he started CD baby and why he did NOT like it to grow, and the origin the "HELL YEAH! Or No". This episode is worth listening over and over again.

Blake Scholl, CEO & Founder of Boom Technology, resurrects the dream of fast flight with his supersonic passenger airplane

- You are right, Boom Technology is a startup that is making supersonic airplanes (like the deceased Concorde). How amazing it is! More interesting, Blake was in the software industry (built a company and sold to Groupon) and he learned, by himself, the knowledge about making supersonic airplanes!! Key take-away: never underestimate how much you can learn in a short period of time.

- You must listen to this, no matter if you are building a startup, or working in a startup (or corporation). Very technical and practical lessons on getting customers to sign up, onboarding users, helping customers through the trial period, learning from customers, and responding to feedback.
