What do you think? Isn't it the coolest order confirmation email you've ever seen? Derek Sivers (who founded CD Baby) said he spent about 20 minutes changing the original robotic email to this one. Well, seems like a trivial effort but guess what happened? Customers started to respond to this email – have you responded to any order confirmation ever? I haven't. They started to pass it around to others, telling their friends "hey, this CD Baby thing is cool!". Thousands of blogs reposted this email.
